Why CPC has holiday policies and additional holiday fees.

Due to the high demand of care requests during the holidays, these are the busiest days for the CPC team throughout the year. Our cancellation policy has been put in place so that Colorado Pet Companion can serve our clients in the most efficient and effective manner possible. We sacrifice going away and enjoying vacation during these periods so that we can be there for our clients and are of course happy to do so. Holidays get fully booked well in advance. Unfortunately, too often we have experienced client cancelations at the last minute. Because of the short notice, we are not able to recover our losses by booking replacement clients. This hurts those of us who have set aside plans to be available for our customers. The following fees below cover compensation for team members sacrificing time with friends and family to take care of your cherished furry loved ones.
This policy covers the following major holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve Day, New Year's Day.
The following additional holiday policy fees will be applied.
$10 per each Daily Visits
$20 added on holiday for In Client Home Pet Sitting Services
When booking In Client Home Pet Sitting on any of the holidays listed above, we require a deposit of $65 due at the time of booking.
When booking Daily Visits on any of the holidays listed above, we require a deposit of $25 due at the time of booking.
Deposits will be deducted from your final invoice. Clients can cancel their service appointment any time prior to 30 days before the scheduled service date and will receive their deposit back in full. Any clients that cancel appointments after 30 days prior to the appointment will forfeit the deposit. There is no refund for early returns.
